All listings provide an accurate photo representation as well as a detailed description of materials and sizing.  Because each item is lovingly handmade, the piece you receive and the piece in the photo may have slight variations, but the same colors, general sizing and materials in each design are virtually exact. This, coupled with Ciara Obscura’s handmade innovation: one of a kind, made to order and limited production designs, informs our Same Item/ Exchange Only return policy. If you received your item damaged from shipping, please notify Ciara Obscura within 48 hours (two days) of its receipt.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
